Warlocks Google Calendar
We've added a calendar for the Warlocks use to the website.
Anyone on the team who needs to add events to the calendar may do so just by using Google Calendar. To do so takes some advance preparation.
First, you need your Google account. If you have a Gmail account, use Google Groups, G-Chat or any other Google service, you may already have one. If so, skip ahead to the next section.
While logged in, go back to the main Google page.
In the upper left you will find some options,
click on more and this list will drop down.
(Alternatively, you can just go to google.com/calendar)
Now, add the Warlocks Calendar. On the left of the screen is an area like this:
Click on Add. A drop-down list will appear
Select Add by URL. Copy and paste the following URL into the dialog box:
http://www.google.com/calendar/ical/lvd8hitsonrh1
jrera4leq4s4k%40group.calendar.google.com/public/basic.ics
Press Add Calendar to finish.
Alternatively, you can use the search form at the top of this page. Enter Warlocks 1507 and press the button.
You should see our calendar like this:
Click the button and the Warlocks calendar will be added to those you see. At this point, you are using Google Calendars for yourself and can see the Warlocks calendar on your personal calendar. If you wish to add items to the Warlocks calendar, you must be added to the list of people authorized to do so. Please send me your Google email address and I will add you to those who can do so.
Once authorized, to add an event to the Warlocks calendar, just create an event on your calendar page, but be sure to add it to the Warlocks calendar.
